Welcome to Conference Day 2026! Today, we come together as a community of educators and leaders to invest in what matters most: our employees and our students. At Miami Dade College, our mission of changing lives through the power of education calls us to continually grow, lead with excellence, and embrace the ideas that move our institution forward.
Conference Day is an opportunity to sharpen our skills, exchange insights, and explore new approaches that strengthen student success and elevate our impact across every campus.
This year, our convening also connects to a historic milestone: the celebration of America’s 250th birthday through America250 at Miami Dade College. This collegewide initiative brings our community together to learn, engage, and reflect on the ideals that shape our democracy. America250 reaffirms MDC as Democracy’s College and deepens our focus on civic learning and meaningful dialogue.
As we look ahead to March 5, let’s approach Conference Day with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a shared sense of purpose, knowing that the ideas and learning we take from this experience will strengthen the work we do every day for our students and our community.
