General Information

Employee Services is the official personnel records custodian for Miami Dade College. Employee Services ensures that all required documents are received from the employee and filed in the employee's official personnel file. Responsibilities include: entering Request for Personnel Action information in the on-line personnel/payroll system; producing appointment letters, administrative and instructional contracts, banked point audits, and awards for years of service, retirement and the Excellence Award Program recipients; and verification of the criteria for academic rank promotions, appointments to continuing contract and the Endowed Chair Program.
