Aquatic Center
The Aquatic Center encompasses a Dive Well and Dive Tower, in addition, to the Olympic sized Swimming Pool.
The open deck layout and stadium style bleachers accompany the blue waters of the pool to create the ideal recreational and/or competitive environment.
This beautiful facility can accommodate a variety of aquatic endeavors.

- Swimming (25yd or 50m)
- Synchronized Swimming
- Water Polo
- Special Events
- Diving (1m & 3m Spring; 5m & 10m Platform)
- Aqua Theater Rehearsals
- Scuba Diving
- Adaptive Aquatics
Membership Information
To access the Aquatic Center you must obtain an Aquatic Membership. Only currently enrolled MDC students, active employees (faculty/staff/administrator), and MDC retirees may obtain memberships. The Aquatic Membership is only available online Join Now!
We offer American Red Cross swimming lessons for children and adults, Lifeguarding, Water Safety Instruction (WSI), Scuba, Diving, and more. Call 305-237-2161 for more information.
Rental Information
Please note that the Aquatic Center can only be used by official organizations, not for private use. If you are an official organization looking to reserve space in the aquatic center, please reach out to the Pool Manager, whose contact info can be found below.
