Dine at Tuyo During Miami Spice

Miami Spice

Miami, August 3, 2012 - Miami Dade College’s celebrated rooftop restaurant, Tuyo, will take part in Miami Spice for the first time this year. This special promotion is $39 per person (not including beverage, tax or gratuity), and is available from 6-10:30 p.m. Tuesdays-Fridays, from August 1 through September 30.

Every year Miami Spice promotes the very best of Miami cuisine. Miami’s top restaurants offer specially-priced, three-course meals featuring signature dishes created by world-renowned chefs. At Tuyo, Chef Norman Van Aken has assembled a collection of enticing dishes for the Miami Spice menu. Every week a new selection from his famous New World fusion cuisine menu will transport diners to a different savory location.

Tuyo’s culinary voyage will include stops in Mexico and the French Caribbean in August, followed by the delectable flavors of Brazil and Argentina in September. As part of the Miami Spice menu, each week will include a tantalizing three-course dinner and dessert inspired by these vibrant regions.
