Miami Dade College to Make a Major Announcement Oct. 30, Regarding the Future of its School of Nursing

Significant Impact on Community’s Medical Work Force

Miami, October 22, 2012 - For 50 years, Miami Dade College has been on the frontlines of the community’s healthcare training, educating more than one-third of the nurses in the county through its Medical Campus. On Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 11 a.m., at the Wolfson Campus, the college will make a major announcement regarding its School of Nursing, and will host a reception celebrating the announcement and the school’s 50th anniversary immediately following. The special event with students, faculty, alumni, community leaders and healthcare professionals will take place in Room 2106.
