\nFor students under the age of 24 years, your parent or guardian’s residency documentation must be provided in addition to their signature on the Declaration Form.

\nClick on the Tasks Tile

Click on Resolve your Holds/Tasks on the left-hand side navigation. Click on the Hold Item “Student Parent Info”.

Answer the question and click on the Continue button.
