Workshop: Academic Leadership Seminar
Course ID - CTD0622
|Audience||Department Chairs, School Directors, Associate Deans|
|Length of Workshop:||4 Face-to-Face hours and 8 online hours|
Participants will be engaged in an ongoing dialog regarding the nature of academic leadership during times of change. One face-to-face session is followed by several weeks of online discussion with an accomplished academic leader who will guide new department chairs and school directors
through a seminar on leadership development that will be based on the actual issues facing the participants. Having a knowledgeable guide during

system from the outside. Participants will gain insights from a nationally recognized consultant who has background as Community College
administrator, facilitator, and scholar
Blended delivery: 4 hours face to face and weekly online discussions over 7 weeks.
As a result of successful completion of the
workshop, participants will be able to:
F2F - Face-to-Face - All sessions meet in a lab or classroom
