Overview
The Title V STEM Wave Program located at Miami Dade College - Homestead Campus (MDC-HC) is designed to enable successive waves of well-prepared science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) majors to complete an associate’s degree in a timely fashion.
- Pre-college Wave: The first wave prepares high school students interested in STEM pathways to enroll in the MDC-HC dual-enrollment program.
- Collegiate Wave: The second wave supports MDC-HC students through associate’s degree completion in a STEM pathway.
Our goal is to strengthen school partnerships, increase pre-college student dual enrollment, and expose students to the vast careers and college pathways in STEM
