Description
Founded in 1927, University of Texas Pan American is a regionally accredited public four-year university. UT-Pan American is the fifth largest component of the University of Texas System, and the 10th largest public university in Texas.
Transfer Agreement Highlights
A student who has completed an Associate in Arts pre-engineering program with a 3.0 GPA may apply to UTPA’s undergraduate engineering program. The University has agreed to award two (2) full cost of attendance scholarship to the two top transfer students.
Scholarships
University of Texas Pan American (UTPA) will provide scholarships every year to the top two students transferring from MDC. These scholarships will cover full cost of attendance for two years - tuition, room and board, and textbooks. Students who wish to be considered for this scholarships must apply for financial assistance.
