Transfer Agreement Highlights

UMUC will accept up to 70 applicable community college credits from Miami Dade College. Now you can transfer with peace of mind, knowing your hard-earned credits will transfer to UMUC. Also alliance students can enjoy these benefits:

UMUC hosts a "Transfer Made Simple for Community College Students" webinar on the last Wednesday of every month. This transfer webinar addresses specific information that pertains to today's community college student. Students can register for this special online event at www.umuc.edu/virtualtransferevents under "Virtual Events".

Scholarships

UMUC offers transfer scholarships to outstanding graduates MDC. Recipients may be awarded $3,300/year for full-time study or $1,650/year for part-time study. UMUC also offers dual enrollment scholarships to outstanding MDC students Recipients may be awarded $500 for 3 credits at UMUC while dually enrolled at their college.
