    STUDENTS SEEKING ASSOCIATE DEGREES OR COLLEGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE  
       
    Entry-level placement testing is required for students seeking an associate degree or a college credit certificate.

    STUDENTS WITH LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY SEEKING ASSOCIATE DEGREES OR COLLEGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE  
       
    Students whose native language is not English and are seeking an associate degree or college credit, may be required to take a test to measure their English proficiency before entry-level testing is permitted.  
    Compass/ESL  
   
 
    STUDENTS SEEKING CAREER CERTIFICATES  
       
    Entry-level testing is required for students seeking career certificates upon entry to the program.  
    TABE  
   
 
    STUDENTS SEEKING CAREER CERTIFICATES FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES  
       
    Students whose native language is not English and are seeking career certificates, may be required to take a test to measure their English proficiency before entry-level testing is permitted.  
       
       
   
 
    STUDENTS SEEKING ADULT GENERAL EDUCATION  
       
    Each educational agency offering Adult General Education programs is required to administer a State-approved examination to place adult education students.  
       
       
   
 
    STUDENTS SEEKING EARLY COLLEGE (DUAL) ENROLLMENT  
       
    Testing is required for all early college (dual) enrollment students registering in college credit or career certificate programs.
