Champions 2021 - 2026
Implementation of the Miami Dade College 2021-2026 Strategic Plan is being coordinated through a workgroup structure led by designated campus President Champions and District Advisors.
Duties of these workgroups include to:
- Develop actions that advance the High Impact Strategies tied to each goal.
- Generate tactical plans that include process steps, officials who will lead and support initiative advancement, timelines, expected outcomes, and deliverables.
- Support efforts to measure progress and performance related to the assigned goal.
- Monitor progress towards the achievement of their tactical plans using the college’s reporting tool.
- Adhere to established reporting schedules.
