This course is designed for officers who want to enhance their shooting skills. The students go back to basics, and build up to successfully pass both the 40 and 48 round courses of fire required by F.D.L.E. The student will gain confidence and enhance his/her shooting skills after completing this course. This course is a must for officers who experience difficulties during their annual training.
At the conclusion of this course, the student will understand and exercise good gun handling skills, gun safety, and will understand the fundamentals of shooting. The student will also be able to qualify on the FDLE 40 and 48 round course with a score of (85%).
Officers on light duty will not be able to participate.
Ammunition will be provided.
