Having Trouble Logging into MDConnect?

Please read through ALL the possible reasons before attempting to correct your issue.


Your full email address is not your username.  

Don’t include the “@mymdc” part in your username.


You might need to use your browser in privacy mode.

Learn how to turn on privacy mode for your particular browser.


You are typing an old password, an incorrect password, or your password has expired without you knowing.

Reset your password even if you think it may be correct.

You incorrectly typed your password more than 5 times in a row and have been temporarily locked out. Please wait 30 minutes and you should be able to try again.

If you are still not able to login after resetting your password, please contact the IT Help Desk at 305-237-2505.


You think you automatically have a MyMDC account because you completed an admissions application, but you don't.

Check to see if you already have a valid MyMDC.net account or create one for the first time.


You haven't applied for admissions as yet.

Not a student yet? Remember you must have applied and been admitted to Miami Dade College before you can create an account. Apply for admissions.
