The Miami Dade College, FEMA, AACC and the National Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (PETE) is proud to announce this free online version of the Community College Citizen Preparedness Program (3CP2).The training is intended to help citizens preserve life and minimize injuries sustained in a disaster.

Participants will learn to:

  • make threat-awareness assessments
  • be prepared for a minimum of 72 hours without first responder assistance
  • have knowledge of disaster recovery measures

Become better prepared for:

  • hurricanes
  • tornados
  • floods
  • wildfires and other extreme weather
  • man-made and technology events

  2. To receive training credit, enter Miami Dade College in the school /college registration section
  3. Complete the pre test
  4. Complete the on line class
  5. Complete the post test
  6. Enter the name on the certificate & print
