Admission to Miami Dade College is required prior to enrollment into
any aviation program.
Please follow these steps:
- Submit a Credit Course Application with the $20.00, one time, non-refundable
fee to the Admissions Office of any Miami Dade College campus. Application
is also possible via the Miami Dade College website www.mdcc.edu. Students
transferring from an accredited college or university should submit
official transcripts to Miami Dade College. Additional documentation
is required for International Students; please contact the International
Student Department at (305) 237-5036 for further details.
Note: Miami Dade College students who have not been
enrolled for at least one year must re-activate their student files.
The reactivation of student files the submission of a Credit Course
Application to M-DCC.
- After being accepted at Miami Dade College, students are required
to take a basic skills test, known as the College Placement Test (C.P.T).
M-DCC uses the C.P.T. results to determine the competency of new students
in Mathematics, English and Reading. The CPT can be taken at the testing
department of any M-DCC campus. Important: if you took the SAT or ACT
within the last 2 years, you are not required to take the CPT. Please
include official results of your SAT in your application package.

program.
