Description

 

If you hold an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, Aviation Maintenance Management is your next natural step. The 38 additional credits required to complete the degree consist of general education and college-level aviation management coursework. Students are eilgible to receive 45 credits for their A&P Certificate after succesfully completing just 12 credits at MDC.

Our curriculum will provide students with a solid foundation in the areas of management, marketing, and industry operations.

Management Oriented Training

Earning an FAA A&P Certificate is a real accomplishment in the aviation industry. By adding a college degree to your resume you will be able to set yourself aside from the rest of the applicants and get the job you always wanted.

Our degree focuses on management and marketing. Having a college degree will make you more valuable to employers and will help you towards promotions and management positions.

If you are interested in Air Traffic Control or earning a Private Pilot Certificate we also have courses that will allow you to pursue these options.

Requirements
  Requirements for all Associate degrees
A) Complete at least 15 of the last 30 credits applied toward the degree at Miami Dade College
B) Complete a minimum of 24 credits in discipline related courses at Miami Dade College for associate in Science degree programs
