Cintas Takes Art to Cutting Edge

At Art's Cutting Edge

Miami Dade College hosted a special exhibition of works by the 10 finalists in the running for the 2011 CINTAS Foundation Fellowships at MDC's historic Freedom Tower. CINTAS fellowships support artists of the Cuban diaspora, awarding $10,000 to winners in various categories, including creative writing, music composition and visual arts. As the new home of the CINTAS Fellows Collection, MDC had the honor of displaying the works of the foundation’s distinguished finalists in the visual arts category.
