MDC Presidential Search Committee Selects Four Finalists
The Search Committee conducted video interviews with seven semi-finalists seeking the position of President of Miami Dade College on June 19-20, 2019. As a result of these interviews, the committee has recommended four finalists to the MDC Board of Trustees.
The finalists (in alphabetical order) are as follows:
- Dr. Paul Broadie, II
Ph.D., President, Gateway Community College, New Haven, Connecticut, and Housatonic Community College, Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Dr. Divina Grossman
Ph.D., RN, APRN, FAAN, President and Chief Academic Officer, University of St. Augustine of Health Sciences, San Marco, California
- Dr. Lenore P. Rodicio
Ph.D., Executive Vice President and Provost, Miami Dade College, Miami, Florida
- Dr. Reagan F. Romali
Ph.D., Superintendent-President, Long Beach Community College District, Long Beach, California
Finalists will tour several Miami Dade College campuses on July 22nd and 23rd and each candidate will make a presentation to the College community on his or her vision for the institution. The candidates will take part in on-campus interviews with the members of the Board of Trustees on July 24th.
