Most Proud Of: when my son was born
Why I Teach: There are opportunities for working one-on-one with students as well as in class.  The greatest reward is to see the "light bulb go on" when the students understand a difficult concept.  I love to see the progression from being afraid of chemistry to actually enjoying it.
I want from life: I want to age gracefully, and when I look back at my life, I want to feel like I have accomplished something worthwhile and have been a positive influence.  I want to feel like I have used whatever talents I was given.
