Hospitality Expenditure Request Form

All requests MUST be submitted to the Department of Student Life by 4:30 p.m. within a minimum of 10 working days prior to the event.

NOTE: Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

Approval is at the discretion of Student Life

1. Requests that will be considered are those catering to Miami Dade College students ONLY.
2. All late requests submitted to the Student Life Department must be approved by the Dean of Students.
3. Justification for all late requests does not guarantee approval of the request
4. Each Department and Service Area will be granted no more than three (3) hospitality requests per year; Fall and Spring Terms ONLY.
