Armed Services and Veterans

The Armed Forces offer financial aid for service members and their families. The military’s Tuition Assistance Program pays up to 100 percent of the cost of tuition or expenses, with a maximum of $250 per credit and a personal maximum of $4,500 per fiscal year per student.

Many post-9/11 veterans are eligible for a comprehensive educations benefits package. The Post-9/11 Veterans Education Assistance Act of 2008 provides for a monthly housing stipend and a $1,000 a year stipend for books and supplies in addition to aid for tuition and fees.

Learn more about the Armed Forces’ benefits on the web or by calling your local recruiter. Additionally, you can learn more about the GI Bill on the web, or by calling 1-888-GI-BILL-1 (1-888-442-4551).

In addition, the College also participates in Army and Air Force ROTC programs. Through these programs, students with an interest in the military can earn scholarships that can cover the cost of tuition for eligible students.
