prospective bidders are informed that due to
construction work being provided at the Kendall Campus,
in proximity to Building 9 where the Purchasing
Department is located, that bidders allow sufficient
time between the delivery of the bid and the deadline
time of 3:00pm. It is further recommended that due to
parking difficulties that prospective proposers have two
individuals deliver the proposals, one as the driver and
the other to deliver the bid package to room 9254 at the
Kendall Campus.
Invitation To Negotiate (ITN) Prospective bidders may
download ITN document by clicking on the ITN Number below.
Please note that once the ITN is posted on the web, the cone of silence is
in effect and extends to all parties both employees and
offerors. All documents include a purchasing contact to
whom all inquiries about the document should be addressed to,
including their contact information. Note, any breach of
the cone of silence will result in the offeror's response being
classified as non-responsive.
