Student Hospitality Request Form

Hospitality refers to a formal or informal request made by a department or organization seeking accommodation, services, or assistance related to hospitality.

All requests MUST be submitted to the Department of Student Life by 4:30 p.m. within a minimum of 10 working days before the event. All late requests submitted to the Student Life Department must be approved by the Dean of Students. NOTE: A request does not guarantee hospitality. All submissions will be reviewed against our budget for consideration.
