The Faculty Institute of Teaching and Learning (FITL) was established to support faculty at the Eduardo J. Padrón Campus in their pursuit of instructional excellence by engaging them in research-based, professional growth activities designed to enhance and refine their practice. When faculty avail themselves of these opportunities it ensures that students are immersed in quality postsecondary learning experiences that will contribute to their academic success.
