Slate Meeting
Search Committee meets to review slate of candidates and decide whom to invite for 1st round interviews (target 8 - 10).

2-3-hour in-person meeting

November 5-6
8 a.m.

Candidate Interviews
Search Committee video interviews with selected candidates with aim of narrowing candidate pool to four to five finalist candidates for consideration by Trustees.

Two consecutive days (plus back-up dates if necessary), 75-90-minute meetings or video conferences with each candidate

November 12-13
8 a.m.

Finalists on Campus
Finalist candidates invited to tour campuses and to meet key college and external stakeholders. Intensive referencing, background checks and assessments conducted on the finalist candidate(s).

One day per candidate

November 17
8 a.m.

Regular meeting
Board of Trustees interviews finalists, reviews feedback from the candidate visits, and votes on new President.

Finalist Interviews 60 minutes each throughout the day
