Through the Mantra Hub, students can also connect virtually with licensed providers, access self-guided wellness tools, and receive ongoing support tailored to their schedules. In addition, the College coordinates workshops, peer-support initiatives, crisis referral pathways, and wellness education programs that equip students with practical coping skills and knowledge.
