Claudio Castillo is the Director of IT and Data Management at International Reinsurance Managers (IRM), where he leads the organization’s technology strategy and data operations. Since joining IRM in 2019, he has spearheaded the development of innovative systems that support underwriting, claims, compliance, and reporting. His expertise in data science and software engineering drives the implementation of AI-powered tools and analytics platforms that transform raw data into actionable business intelligence.

A proud graduate of Miami Dade College’s Data Analytics program, Claudio also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and Analytics from Florida Atlantic University and remains dedicated to advancing data literacy and practical analytics education across industries.
