Mitch Peacock heads the NCLH Enterprise Analytics Team, where he oversees the coordination, implementation and evolution of best-in-class analytics solutions across the organization. Mr. Peacock re-joined NCLH in 2018 after five years at Carnival Corporation plc where he collaborated with Teams across the nine portfolio cruise brands to lead and deliver multiple strategic, data-centric projects that drove the business forward via leverage of scale, process excellence, and resource optimization. Prior to Carnival, Mr. Peacock spent eight years with Norwegian Cruise Line, where he led several operations and technology transformation efforts under the Business Process Improvement, Ship Operations and Revenue Planning Teams.
Prior to joining the cruise industry, Mr. Peacock spent eight years with Accenture, where he was a consultant supporting and leading large process and technology projects in support of business transformation programs of leading Fortune 500 companies like Delta Air Lines, Ryder System, and American Express. Originally from Beaumont, Texas, Mr. Peacock resides in Miami Beach with his wife Peggy, and their two daughters, Olivia and Victoria. Mr. Peacock received his MBA from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management) and his Bachelors from Vanderbilt University.
